The Chosen
Interested in seeing the first 3 episodes of The Chosen, Season 4? Let us know if you would like to join Anna and PJ at the Regal Theater, West Manchester on Fri., Feb. 2 for the 2:00 pm showing. Cost is $12.50 and the movie runs about 3 hours.
We would love to block off rooms as a church to see these new episodes so let us know if you want to join us. Sign up on the sign-up sheet in upper foyer if you are interested since we will have to move quickly to obtain a block of tickets.
Season 4 is only in theaters at this time. Sign up today in the lower foyer. Tickets will sell out quickly!
SOS Dinner
The ladies will be going to Olive Garden for dinner and fellowship on Friday, February 9, 6:00 pm, Loucks Road. Sign up at women’s table upper foyer
SOS Bible Study
Due to illness and weather-related issues, we will postpone our 6 week ladies; Bible study originally scheduled for March.
SOS Outreach
Our SOS Ministry is overseeing an Easter craft night at Providence Place on Wed., March 6, starting at 6:30 pm. Please sign up in the upper foyer if you can join Anna and the ladies!
BODY NEWS
Snow Cancellations
Should we have the need to cancel any of our services due to inclement weather, we will put that information on our Facebook page, our website, and the local TV stations [WGAL-CH 8, CBS 21, ABC 27, FOX 43, CW 15] If you would like to sign up for a TEXT on your cell phone that will indicate the status of our services, please fill out the blue & white card with your name and cell phone number. Please be sure to place them in the offering plates as you leave and we will add you to our list.
Texting
We are continuing to expand the way we share information through texting. If you would like to receive periodic updates, weather cancellations, church information, encouraging quotes, etc. please fill out a blue card in the pew rack with your name and cell number with the word TEXT. Place it in the offering plate, or hand it to an usher and we will add you to our ever-growing list.
Family In Need
We have a mom who is due to have a baby in March. She is in desperate need of baby items. Gender is unknown at this time. NB and size 1 diapers; baby wipes; onsies; formula; outfits; basically all the things a newborn would need. There is a Baby Shower Box in the upper foyer for your donations. Thank you for blessing this mom. If you have any questions, please see Anna.
Free Books
Pastor Jeff is thinning out his library of Christian books and resources. If you would like to read them. Please feel free to take one before you leave. They are located on the table outside the sanctuary by the nursery.
Water Baptism
If you are interested in being water baptized, please complete the form found at the information desk and return it to Pastor Jeff or Anna. The tentative date is Feb 11. The baptism class will be held during Sunday School on the 11th.
