S.O.S. COOKIE EXCHANGE!
If you would like to participate in our Cookie Exchange this year, please sign up in the upper foyer at the S.O.S. table and indicate what type/s of cookies you will be bringing to exchange. There will be a special gift for each lady who attends! You won’t want to miss it! Don’t want to make cookies? Still attend for fellowship and put 0 (zero) on the sign up sheet!
S.O.S. ANNUAL CHRISTMAS DINNER
Fri., Dec. 5, 6:00 p.m. at the church. Please sign up in the upper foyer at the women’s table. We are asking for a $5 donation to cover the cost of the meal and that each lady brings a $10 gift to exchange. Please see Anna if there is any hardship to the cost that would keep you from attending.
BENEVOLENCE
Thanksgiving and Christmas will soon be upon us! If you would like to donate toward our benevolence fund to bless some of our church family, please mark your donation as ‘Benevolence’ and put in the offering or give to Pastor or Anna.
IT’S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS
Yes, there is a Christmas Tree in the upper foyer area! This is because of deadlines of late November / early December. You will see there are Christmas Shoe Boxes as well as items for New Hope Ministries, who we bless every Christmas. If you fill a shoe box, please attached $10 to it so the shipping is covered. Any gifts for New Hope will need to be unwrapped.
CHURCH MEMBERSHIP AND WATER BAPTISM
Our next church membership and water baptism will be held in January. If you are interested in becoming a member and/or water baptism, please complete the appropriate form/s located on the wall envelope trays at the Welcome Center.
HOMEBOUND
There is a box in the lower foyer for our Homebound ladies. If you would like to bless our ladies, Rose, Mary, Olga K and Beulah, there is a list of items that would be helpful for them at the donation box. Thank you for blessing them!
