S.O.S. TEA AND LITTLE LADIES’ TEA

Calling all ladies and little ladies for our annual Ladies’ Tea on Friday, May 10, 6:00 pm! All ladies are invited whether you have a “little lady” or not! Special Speaker: Our very own Rhonda I.! Please sign-up at the women’s table in the upper foyer and mark what you can bring.

On Friday, September 13, we will be having an evening in-house retreat. Please save-the-date and more details will be forthcoming!

VBS!

It’s that time! VBS will be here before we know it. June 9-12, 6:30-8:00pm. See the insert for more details. Thank you for any donations you can provide to help offset the cost of our VBS!

We will need to be sure all staff have current clearances and we will assist those who need theirs.

BODY NEWS

VBS & Clearances

If you plan on volunteering for VBS this year and need your volunteer clearances, or you need your clearances updated, please see Jesse G and she will assist you in obtaining them. There is no charge for volunteer clearances, but we have to have them current for our upcoming VBS

 

PRAYER NIGHT

Reminder that we have prayer on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month. Our next prayer night is this Thursday, May 9. Please consider joining us for a time of worship and prayer. God is working!

SUN., MAY 12 ~ MOTHER’S DAY

Our R.O.C.K. kids will be singing for all the ladies and have a small gift for you! The church also has a gift that we will give to all ladies in attendance on Mother’s Day!

SUN., MAY 19 – COMMUNION

We will observe Communion and remember the broken body of our Lord and Savior. Please plan on joining us for this important sacrament.

DOVER YTH – PINBALL

Just a reminder to our teens that the youth will celebrate the end of the school year with a fun night of pinball at Mark and Diane’s house! Please see Josiah and/or Sierra for more information. Invite a teen friend!

CHURCH DIRECTORY

Anna and I are working on details to make a new church directory. Stay tuned as more information will be coming. We will plan pictures in the Fall and will have a sign-up sheet to schedule times. The photos for the directory will be at no cost to you but you are welcome to order pictures for your family if you wish to do so. Our photographers will be CoreSpring Productions, our very own James and Dayanna C. More details will be coming!
