Life of David – David’s Sin

As things continued to go well for David, he became overly confident and even took off his armor when he didn’t go to battle with his soldiers, which led to his downfall. The enemy used David’s lack of armor to attack and lead him into sin with Bathsheba. Like David, when we don’t keep our armor on, we open ourselves up to the attack of the enemy.
